We completely understand that life happens, but missed or last-minute canceled appointments have a real impact on our small business, our service providers, and other guests who could have filled that time.

Each appointment is reserved and prepared specifically for you, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments missed or changed within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of 50%, loss of promotional pricing or deposits, or required pre-payment for future bookings.

This policy helps us respect our team’s time, offer fair access to appointments, and continue providing the elevated Bella Lago experience you know and love.

RUNNING LATE

We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late (according to our clock) the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late.  No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied. (See above policy)

CUT + COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest leaves 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or complimentary services as a result of a change of mind.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We gladly accept any unused, or minimally used product within 30 days of purchase for exchange, or credit towards future product purchases or services.

*Exceptions to this are purchased hair, accessories, hairbrushes, & Brazilian Blowout products purchased as a bundle with Brazilian Blowout service.

CHILDREN IN SALON

As much as we understand that there are times it is necessary to have to bring your children with you to your appointment, we ask that they remain seated with you at all times. If at anytime we feel your child(s) behavior is interfering with the results of your service or is causing a disruption to other guests, we will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to a time when you are able secure child care. A 50% charge of the services scheduled that day will be required.

BLOWDRY POLICY

Each Bella Lago appointment is thoughtfully timed to provide a full, luxury experience, including the finish. Should you prefer to skip the blowdry, the full service charge still applies, as your stylist’s time has been exclusively reserved. We appreciate your respect for their craft and calendar.
