During the consultation, our stylists take your lifestyle, face shape and desires into consideration before creating your hair design. If you are looking for a change or something new we recommend you bring in photos to show our stylists.

  3. Grammage Used – We charge based on the exact amount of color used during your service

  • At the top of our team is the Master Stylist, a highly skilled professional dedicated to their craft and committed to ongoing education. With years of experience, comprehensive training, and countless hours spent behind the salon chair, they are the epitome of excellence in the industry.

  • Director Stylists are seasoned professionals with 5 or more years of experience. They have completed Bella Lago’s advanced cutting and color courses, showcasing their expertise and skill. With a strong commitment to continuous learning, they stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in the industry.

  • Boasting over 5 years of experience, these accomplished professionals have mastered our advanced cutting and color techniques, demonstrating exceptional skill and artistry. At this level, associate stylists can begin shadowing them, gaining invaluable insight. Their dedication to continuous learning ensures they remain at the forefront of new techniques and trends.

  • Having successfully completed Bella Lago’s advanced training program, they typically bring 1 to 5 years of experience. With a strong focus on ongoing education, these stylists are committed to refining their craft and consistently strive to be their best.

  • Many salon guests seek exceptional service and style at a more affordable price. While our Pure Stylists are building their experience, you'll receive high-quality salon services at a lower cost than with our more seasoned stylists. Having completed our cut and color program, they are equipped with the skills to provide you with a fantastic salon experience.

  • Our Associate Stylists are actively participating in our Cut & Color Associate Program, where they support our senior level and above stylists on the floor. This hands-on experience allows them to sharpen their skills and gain the expertise needed to advance in their careers.
